The Grounded Motion Balance Training Certification is a comprehensive two-day course designed to take your coaching to the next level by combining balance, mobility, and functional movement with 

real-world application and advanced tools.

Whether you train seniors, athletes, or the general population, this certification equips you with a structured, progressive system to assess, coach, and challenge balance using purposeful drills and a variety of training modalities.

What You’ll Learn Over Two Days:

Day 1 — Foundations & Coaching Mastery:

  • In-depth understanding of balance, mobility, proprioception, and their role in injury prevention and performance

  • Hands-on practice with 20+ core drills for different training levels

  • Coaching labs: Improve cueing, timing, feedback, and body awareness

  • Explore movement assessments to identify asymmetries and instability

  • Learn to structure and adapt foundational sequences for various goals

  • Introduction to yoga blocks and foam rollers for proprioceptive awareness and joint mobility

  • Real-time coaching experience in pairs or small groups

Day 2 — Movement Integration, Tools & Programming:

  • Movement integration with:

    • Kettlebell drills for dynamic control and load management

    • Barbell variations to teach core stabilization and posture control under load

    • Foam roller sequences for dynamic warm-ups and mobility work

    • Yoga block challenges for improving single-leg stability and coordination

  • Create and refine custom progressions and regressions based on your clients' needs

  • Dive deeper into balance mechanics

  • Build a complete 4–6 week program for one-on-one or group training

  • Learn to troubleshoot real-world movement issues through video analysis and live feedback

  • Practice teaching short circuits, mini-sessions, and corrective strategies for specific populations

  • Final practical coaching session + certification debrief
