  • A concise breakdown of the foundations of balance, mobility, and proprioception, with a focus on real-world application

  • More than 20 essential drills, organized into key components: warm-up, activation, core session, and cool-down

  • Detailed instruction on how to structure sessions that target mobility, balance, and strength in a progressive, purposeful way

  • Coaching strategies including precise verbal cues, visual demonstrations, and effective hands-on corrections

  • Practice teaching in pairs or small groups to build confidence and refine delivery

  • Adaptation strategies for a wide range of clients, including seniors, beginners, and athletes

  • A ready-to-use session template you can implement immediately in your coaching or personal training practice

  • Advanced progressions and regressions for every drill
